Dear friends,

Our work is a compilation of a million tiny efforts: not only the time and resources we use to share data, produce analysis, collaborate with our partners here, translate the situation on the ground, and offer options for advocacy — but also the result of thousands of acts of love, generosity, engagement, solidarity and support over the years, big and small. We cannot do this without you.

About a week and a half ago, I sent a newsletter about hope, which argued that hope during the darkest times can come from seeing yourself and others do things to meaningfully change the world around us. GSC is organizing a speaking tour next year that will (re)connect organizers in Palestine and around the world, reinvigorate our conversations, stir up new ideas, and help us move closer to a just world. This is part of seeing ourselves do something that we know is meaningful and finding ways to help others plug in and learn more about the situation in Palestine.

To make this happen, we need your help — a million more tiny efforts over the next year, starting from now. Whether it is a donation of $10 toward our goal of $20,000 or a thought about where you might organize an event local to you, let’s work together to make this happen. We know that at this moment, reconnecting and working together is maybe more important than ever.

Until liberation and return,

Lara Kilani
